Welcome to the No more copy and paste! Parameterized plots and reports with R and Quarto workshop! This workshop was organised as part of the R/Medicine Conference.

Prerequisites

We’ll be using the following R packages:

• dplyr
• gapminder
• ggplot2
• glue
• purrr
• plotly
• quarto
• tinytable

You’ll also need to have Quarto installed.
