In this talk, I’ll give an overview of ways to create customised PDF documents using Quarto with a little help from R, LaTeX, and Typst. I’ll walk through the process of converting a LaTeX-based style extension to Typst – discussing error messages, render time, and customisability along the way.
This workshop will provide an overview of generalised additive models (GAMs), demonstrate the practical aspects of fitting such models, and describe how to evaluate and interpret different them.
